Sydney Catholic Schools is hosting a day of presentations on groundbreaking initiatives in education, inspiring performances and insightful panel discussions for its education forum, Architects of Change – Defining Educational Excellence.

The forum will take place on Wednesday, 8 November 2023 at City Recital Hall, Angel Place Sydney from 8.00am – 6.00pm.

With a keynote speech by NSW Premier Mr Chris Minns, Architects of Change – Defining Educational Excellence promises to be an opportunity to gain insights on how Sydney Catholic Schools is redefining its approach in terms of learning, sport, music, arts, community engagement and much more.

Sydney Catholic Schools’ executive director, Mr Tony Farley is confident the forum will be an engaging response to the possibilities of 21st century education.

“We are actively challenging conventions, striving to make an impact on children at every learning stage without compromise, and empowering educators to make meaningful change,” he said.

“Across our network of 147 schools, we have the powerful advantage in scale, imagination and educational expertise to share resources, research and future-focused thinking for the benefit of every student.”

The forum represents a compelling opportunity for educators, leaders and industry stakeholders to come together and explore educational transformation.

In the weeks ahead we will unveil a lineup of distinguished participants for some thought-provoking panel discussions. Attendees can also look forward to captivating performances demonstrating excellence from around the Sydney Catholic Schools’ community.

Post-forum there will be the opportunity for attendees to immerse themselves in a dynamic networking experience and elevate their connections within the education community.

Sydney Catholic Schools is the system of 147 Catholic primary and secondary schools operating across the Archdiocese of Sydney, providing almost 73,000 students with a high-quality, affordable Catholic education. Their dedicated and hard-working educators deliver a strong faith-based education, catering for students with all interests and abilities.
