St Laurence’s College is proud to offer a holistic education which develops its young men spiritually, morally, intellectually, emotionally, physically, culturally and socially.

The diversity of opportunities offered cater for different personalities, different interests and increase the chances of its young men finding likeminded friends who they can share their Lauries Journey with.

The committed staff and community at Lauries encourage its students to achieve their own sense of personal excellence and be the very best versions of themselves; in the classroom and in their co-curricular pursuits.

The varied curriculum offerings provide opportunities for all students, no matter their passions. Whether it be in St Laurence’s College outstanding Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathway, its ATAR focussed curriculum or its High Potential Learners and Diverse Learning initiatives, the academic world at Lauries accommodates everyone.

However, a Lauries Journey is not purely academic; it is supplemented and complimented by the depth of co-curricular activities in the Arts, Sport and the various clubs and groups. Whether it be Music, Drama, The Urban Farm, Robotics, Esports, Cricket or Rugby Union, there is something for everyone at the College.

The strong student culture of support, inclusivity and the attitude of service embodies the values of Edmund Rice Tradition touchstones and shines through in the black and gold community by inspiring students to better themselves. The touchstones and culture pave the way for learning at the College so that at the end of the Lauries Journey, graduates enter the world as well-rounded individuals with full hearts and ready to make a positive impact in society.

Students come to Lauries as boys and leave as young gentlemen ready to give back to the local and wider community.
