Bookings are now open for private tours during weekdays, offering families the opportunity to experience the Sydney Japanese International School (SJIS) community firsthand.

Sydney Japanese International School is a distinctive educational institution in Sydney, offering the NSW curriculum for Kindergarten to Year 6 in its International Division.

This division caters to local families and those from diverse cultural backgrounds, providing an enriching educational experience that blends Australian and Japanese educational principles. Importantly, students do not need any prior knowledge of Japanese to enrol in the International Division, making it accessible to all.

SJIS is known for its inclusive and supportive community, where parents, teachers, and students collaborate closely to ensure each child’s success. The school provides small class sizes and personalised attention, ensuring that every student receives the guidance they need to thrive both academically and socially. SJIS also offers a wide range of cultural activities that enrich students’ education, helping them develop into well-rounded, globally-minded individuals.

The school’s commitment to academic excellence is evident in its strong performance in the annual NAPLAN results. New families are warmly invited to join the vibrant SJIS community, where students are prepared to excel in an increasingly interconnected world. The school is proud to offer a bilingual education that equips students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in both local and global contexts.
